Bouldering at Freeklime!

Fancy trying something a little bit different this summer? Then join us on the 23rd September at Freeklime and lets go bouldering.

Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities, bouldering is a form of indoor rock climbing that doesn't require any ropes or harnesses. Don't worry if you're afraid of heights, the walls are no more than 4.2m at their highest and whilst your hands may be near the top, your feet are unlikely to ever be more than 3m from the crash mat covered ground.

Please note that due to the type of activity involved, you will be required to sign a waiver.

This will be a fun event. It can be difficult finding a work life/study balance, and it is important to take time out of your day to practice mindfulness, take care of your mental wellbeing and do something for you!
