Andrada Frates

Hi, I’m Andrada, the Events Officer for Kirklees and Calderdale JLD.

I currently work as a Trainee Solicitor at Schofield Sweeney, having begun my training contract in September 2025.

With experience in corporate law and a keen interest in personal and professional development through networking and events, I’m passionate about organising opportunities that bring junior lawyers together.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to sunny destinations and trying all the local food.
